MITROVICA WOMEN WORK TOGETHER ON ESTABLISHING ENTREPRENEURS ASSOCIATION IN MITROVICA

On 19th of May, Community Building Mitrovica and NGO Inspiracija as part of the project "Empowering Women through Entrepreneurship in Mitrovica" organized a workshop for women in business from Mitrovica North and South. The purpose of this workshop was to initiate the creation of the Women Entrepreneurs Association, which is one of the main objectives of this project.

In the sessions held within the workshop, the 36 women entrepreneur participants were very interested regarding the functioning of the associations and their role as members. Thus the workshop was characterized with a very interactive communication between women participants and facilitator, - especially during the development of mission and vision of Association. The project foresees two main elements: the capacity building component for women entrepreneurs and the creation of the Women in Business Association ‘’Business Women Mitrovica’’.
