TOR - Expert for development of M&E framework of Citizens Participation Plan (CPP) edited

The objectives and scope of this ToR are to engage an Expert to develop an M&E document/framework on the Citizens Participation Plan including Gender Action Framework (documents developed under the IDP project). CBM with the support of PAX and UN-Habitat has developed the Citizens Participation Plans for all 7 Municipalities of Mitrovica region (CPP) and Overall Guideline for Citizen Participation on Local Level, and Gender Action Framework (GAF). All these documents need to be consulted and addressed in the M&E framework document.
