Terms of Reference (ToR) – Hygiene Packages procurement

Introduction
Community Building Mitrovica (CBM) is a local non-governmental organization (NGO) operating in the field of peace and community building in the wider region of Mitrovica, northern municipalities of Kosovo. The overall aim of CBM is to facilitate contact and dialogue between citizens in the seven Mitrovica region municipalities. CBMs staff consists of devoted citizens – both Serbs and Albanians – who grew up in this region and want to restore the previous confidence and even friendship that war and politics have destroyed.
By supporting many concrete projects which address the direct needs of the local communities, CBM contributes modestly to this aim. The work of the past years has gained the organization a strong reputation on both sides of the Iber. Fields in which CBM works are: media, culture, youth, women, minorities, dialogue, and return of refugees and IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons).
CBMs projects are open to members of all communities living in Mitrovica and wider. CBM often cooperates with other NGOs, helps out with local initiatives, and works with local governmental institutions and international organizations to initiate, develop, and implement activities, for the benefit of the communities, in Mitrovica, and wider.
About the Call
All businesses, companies, or individuals licensed and interested are invited to submit their offers. Product must be listed per unit and without VAT (according to the description of the requests in this call: "Terms of Reference").
Required documentation
Along with the quotation, the bidder must also submit the following documents:
- Certificate of registration registered in Republic of Kosovo.
- Catalogues with offered products.
- Offer with unit price
Product item quantity and specifications details:
- 300 Hygiene packages; with individual package containing:
- 50 masks (Disposable Masks)
- 2 Disinfectants (750 ml)
- 2 bars/bottles of soap (350 ml)
- 5 Sanitary menstrual pad/napkins (1 package)
- 1 Washing powder (1 kg)
4. Criteria
* Bids submitted without specified prices, without the required documents above, and outside the deadline will not be considered.
* CBM will select the supplier that best suits its needs based on the "best quality in money and time" criterion.
5. Timeframe
This section specifies the start and end dates, including deadlines.
Fifteen (15) days after signing the contract the company or individual business will have to provide CBM with the Hygiene Packages per contract details.
The deadline for submission of financial bids will be no later than February 02, 2022, by 16:00h. in one of the following two forms:
1. To be sent by e-mail in PDF format, signed and stamped by an authorized person to the e-mail address: procurement@cbmitrovica.org. The subject of the e-mail should be "Hygiene Packages ".

2. To be delivered in a sealed envelope, in printed format, signed and stamped by an authorized person, to CBM’s office, at the following location: Str. "Avni Shabani” no.6. The envelope should be addressed as following "Hygiene Packages for Community Building Mitrovica".
