Mitrovica Change Agents - "Building Strong and Resilient Communities"

A group of 12 prominent people from Mitrovica has undergone a Training of Trainers (ToT) where their skills on how to identify vulnerable youth and how to best work with them have been improved. They were introduced to the work methodology, best European practices and to practical advices on conducting the mentoring and teaching, as well as the best ways of including vulnerable groups into society.

The participants are citizens of Mitrovica coming from different fields, such as youth activists, businesses, teachers, sportsmen, politicians, religious leaders and NGO activists who, after the completition of the ToT will become change agents and will work as teachers/trainers and mentors in the informal educational programs for the next three years.

The Training is an activity within the project "Building strong and resilient communities in Mitrovica", implemented by Community Building Mitrovica in consortium with NGO "Mundesia".
