Working Group for developing MoU between MRMT and local municipalities - Srbica/Skenderaj municipality

Community Building Mitrovica (CBM) & the Centre for Resources Youth and Media Coalition (CRYM) organized second workshop for developing MoU between MRMT (Mitrovica Regional Monitoring Team) and local municipalities in Srbica/Skenderaj municipality. 

Municipal officials have welcomed MRMT, and the idea for the MoU creation. After detailed presentation about the project itself, the discussion began on defining MoU’s purpose, scope, main values and principles. 

Municipality officials have expressed their openness and willingness for this kind of cooperation now, and in the future, and are open to welcome MRMT for to cooperation for mutual benefit. After its completion, MoU will be presented to the municipality officials, and will be given for adoption.

MoU will serve as mechanism for commitment from all parties and it will contribute in enabling environment for CSOs to implement their activities regarding monitoring in the future. 

This is the second workshop in this session of activity regarding developing MoU between MRMT and municipal officials.
