INVITATION TO TENDER

Community Building Mitrovica (CBM) is a local non-governmental organization (NGO) operating in the field of peace and community building in the wider region of Mitrovica and Kosovo. The overall aim of CBM is to facilitate contact and dialogue between citizens in the whole of Kosovo.

- Title: Construction of Gender-Based Violence Shelter in Mitrovica South.
- Source of funding: United Nations Mission in Kosovo-UNMIK
- Type of contract: Works/Reconstruction Contract

3.  Site visit
For all interested renderers, a site visit meeting will be organized on 11th of March, meeting point Community Building Mitrovica premises street Avni Shabani No.6 with start on 13:00 hrs.

The agenda for this meeting will be:

-Description of the projec

-Visit location.

Only tenderers who visit the site will receive a copy of the tender document and are eligible to submit a bid.

4. Place, Date, and Time of submission of tender:

Community Building Mitrovica – CBM is inviting all interested reconstruction companies that are fulfilling qualifying criteria to submit their offers no later than 25th of March 2024, 15:30hrs.
Offers must be submitted in closed/sealed non-transparent envelopes to CBM’s office by registered post or in hand till the date mentioned above.

5. Qualification criteria:
The following selection criteria will be the minimum criteria that will be applied to tenderers:

1. Economic and financial capacity
The annual average turnover of the tenderer must exceed the financial proposal of the tender.

2. Technical and personnel capacity
The tenderer must guarantee to provide adequate technical and personnel support during the construction period.

3. Three or more years of experience
The tenderer must have carried out at least two similar projects in the last three years.
