1. Title of the Agreement 

Supply: Supply of Electronic Equipment (Laptops)

Location: Municipality of Mitrovica South 

Conditions For The Economic Operator 

TERMS OF OFFER:

• All products must be new and unused!
• Bid validity period: 60 days from the final date of tender submission.
• Possibility of refund and return of products, if they do not comply with the terms of the contract as well as the requirements stated in this tender file. 
• A detailed list of specifications for each product is essential!

CONTRACT OFFERING CRITERIA:

• Be a taxpayer. 
• Be registered as a business.
• Separate financial offer for each product per unit (Without VAT) - CBM’s VAT exemption form is attached to the e-mail.

REQUEST FOR THE TENDER FILE

The tender file can be requested in writing or by e-mail from the economic operator to the contracting authority or directly to the CBM office no later than 21.02.2024.
