Project Background

The overall objective of the project “Reconciliation and Conflict Transformation” is to help in the aims to transform existing conflicts and build peace, predominantly among majority ethnic Albanians and minority ethnic Serbs in Kosovo. The project will help communities on the individual level as it will assist in better mutual understanding of the differences and emphasize joint strengths, as well as on the policy level, where the impact of the project will influence amending policies that will address the reconciliation process among divided communities.

The project contributes to increased community engagement by creating a network of relatable role models closest to the population groups, such as influence people, community leaders, and others that they share the same value. Project activities will cover Mitrovica North & Mitrovica South Municipalities and after that, it will expand in whole Kosovo. The project implementing partners are the New Social Initiative and Youth Initiative for Human Rights Kosovo.

 

The Purpose of call 

All businesses, companies or individuals licensed and interested are invited to submit their offer and to be part of the selection process. Products must be listed per unit and without VAT.

Required documents

 Along with the quotation, the bidder must also submit original or notarized copies of the following documents:[AX1] 

Certificate of registration of the subject in the Republic of Kosovo;

 Relevant license to exercise the activity (in accordance with the object of this procurement procedure);

 The company representative(s) should visit CBM’s office space, take measurements, and provide a 3D model of the final product before the submission date of the application.

 If in addition to the price offered the supplier applies % discount, then it must be stated in the offer;

 Catalogs with offered products;

 Delivery time of products is 15 (fifteen) calendar days.

 

Offers should contain the following supplies with all the other details:

 

Wall-hung bookshelves with front glass for holding appliances, with dimensions 188x75cm	3 pieces
Kitchen from IVP and MDF, with a working surface, panel, lower and upper elements, water-heater (boiler), space for a refrigerator and a microwave	4.45 meters
Textile curtains, with a chain closable and openable	10.2 meters

 

Criteria

• Offers submitted without specified prices, without the required documents above and outside the deadline will not be considered. 
• CBM will select the supplier that best suits its needs based on the criterion "best quality in money and time".

Deadline and submission of Offers 

Invitees and interested companies to submit the following documents by ( 28.04.2024, CoB ) The interested parties should submit the following documentation:

• An example of similar pieces of work completed recently. 
• Itemized financial proposal.

Evaluation and Selection Process

This application is open to all interested parties that meet the abovementioned criteria.  The selected contractor will be responsible for executing all the activities described in this TOR in collaboration with CBM.

The selection process of the company will be based on the set of criteria developed by CBM Evaluation Committee to evaluate the proposals. The Evaluation Committee will evaluate the proposals by choosing the best quality compared to the price.
