The purpose of this contract is as follows: To develop a four-year CBM strategic plan for the period 2017-2020.

The objective of this consultancy is to manage the process of creating an effective Strategic plan for the period 2017-2020 to guide and facilitate CBM to achieve its mission, goals, and objectives.

CBM is conducting new cycle of strategic planning process, as it is a main precondition for successful management. For CBM, Strategic planning means setting performance expectations and goals for groups and individuals to channel their efforts toward achieving organizational objectives. The process will get all staff involved in the planning process, which will help them understand the goals of the organization, what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how well it should be done.
