LINK & 7Arte will work to strengthen the participation of young citizens in local government decision-making, specifically addressing one of the most pressing issues for northern young people (unemployment and lack of economic opportunity) through development of local youth entrepreneurship strategies in Mitrovica. Activities will include research on youth entrepreneurship, promotion of a rights-based approach to youth entrepreneurship strategies, and support to development of municipal strategies with maximum youth engagement. The project will also seek to grow the linkages between youth on either side of the city, nurturing cooperation around a key common interest. LINK is a CSO based in North Mitrovica, while 7Arte is an organisation based in South Mitrovica.
