CBM HOSTS MRMT MONTHLY MEETING

On 27^th of January, Community Building Mitrovica organized monthly meeting with Mitrovica Region Monitoring Team, lead by Florentina Hajdari Hajra(Good Governance Program Manager in CBM) and Michael Warren from PAX. The members of MRMT were informed for the new joint program that is ongoing between UN Habitat, PAX and CBM named “Fostering Inclusive Development and Good Governance in Kosovo”.

In the meeting was discussed more in details about the goals, timeline and the monetary resources reserved for this program. CBM representative reflected on civil society role within the program, and the involvement of MRMT organizations in it.

MRMT members responded in a positive way and expressed their willingness for participation in the new program, as they emphasized the importance of inclusive development and good governance with communities, which is foreseen within this new program.

“Fostering Inclusive Development and Good Governance in Kosovo” is funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida.
