MRMT meeting

On Tuesday, July 11th, CBM held a MRMT meeting at New Social Initiative office in northern Mitrovica. Participants discussed the Civil Society Catalytic Fund (CSCF), awarded grants, as well as selection criteria used in the first round. CBM also outlined lessons learned and informed the participants that the next round will incorporate a lengthy info/training session in order to provide quality feedback and inform all interested NGOs about the selection criteria, and the steps required to create a quality project proposal.
Furthermore, it has been mutually agreed that cooperation of NGOs should be formalized and streamlined in the way that there is a clear channel of communication. Some of the MRMT members proposed that a MRMT Facebook group should be established in order to create a transparent and inclusive environment for cooperation.
Finally, it has been agreed that the participants will review the Sectoral Strategy document, drafted in 2017 by MRMT working group, and use it as a guideline for project proposals and provide feedback in case there is anything they would like to be added to the strategy.
